When Advancify suggests a Recharge Window, it may show two recovery times:
Minimum is the shortest pause suggested for stepping away from your current work before continuing.
Recommended is the longer recharge option, intended to give you more time to recover before your next demanding work block.
You do not have to follow either time exactly. They are personalized productivity recommendations, not medical prescriptions. The amount of recovery that feels useful can vary depending on your recent workload, current patterns and what you plan to do next.
Over time, pay attention to how you feel and how your Advancify indicators change after different types of breaks. This can help you understand which recovery length tends to work better for you.
Recharge Window durations are non-medical estimates based on your current Focus Rediness and interaction patterns.
They are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice or prescribed recovery times.
