Why did my calibration percentage decrease or stop progressing?

Calibration progress may pause when:

• monitoring is turned off;
• the user is not clearly visible;
• lighting is insufficient; or
• signal quality does not meet the required threshold.

The displayed percentage may also be recalculated when the system excludes unreliable data.
